Grace Companion & End of Life Care
Grace Companion & End of Life Care
This can be done face to face or virtually, we will begin meaningful conversations with the dying and/or main caregivers. We will talk through what is the most important to the dying at the present time and throughout the journey. I am an advocate for the dying, one to use my voice to support and guide others when the dying may not have the strength or ability to do so. Everyone has right to personal, physical, and medical wishes, while all may not be possible, the more that can be fulfilled the better the death experience can be.
This is a time to understand your condition, meet your caregivers/loved ones so that I can assess the immediate needs. This is a time to uncover any unresolved matters or lingering concerns and work towards resolution, forgiveness, and release. Talk through grief and loss. Review positive impacts, achievements, and success. Time to consider creative, personal ways to celebrate and honor important relationships. Time to consider how the dying would like to be remembered and celebrated. This is a time to understand where you may wish to share how much medical intervention you want vs comfort care for the best possible end of live experience.
This time spent can look very different for different people, I am here to meet you where you are in your journey and to support and guide you through some opportunities to make you feel more, comfortable, complete and at peace. This time is simply tailored to the needs of the dying and their family/loved ones.
